I am a mature aged student who is studying a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietitics (Honours) at the University of Wollongong. My current employment is co-manager of Customised Fitness Solutions Training Centre. I primarily manage customer and client liaison, conduct personal training and group coaching, motivating, and directing group training activities and workshops. I also undertake office administration duties including business/accounting administration and social-media marketing campaigns. My career history involves being a qualified chef and operations manager while working within many respectful establishments. This career founded my abilities as a self-motivated professional with outstanding skills. My experience has been a combination of working under several highly respected hospitality establishments, managing businesses, personal/group training, health and wellness, creative product/recipe development, event/project management and customer liaison. I thrive on goal setting and achievement, responsibility, and the challenges of working hard.
