Focusing on Improving the Customer journey and experiences, I lead a team to:- Manage Data Analytics Models and Dashboard Development for Sense Making- Standardise Data Analytics approaches and standards- Manage Data quality, processes and governance- Oversee Data Analytics Capabilities of fellow officers

- Manage Organisation's Capability Development strategy for Data Analytics- Identified needs of each department to plan for training needs of the officers- Planned for, coordinated and delivered training at all levels of competency (from basic literacy to advanced)

Worked closely with business stakeholders to run Data Science projects (Feasibility assessment, Analysis / Insights gathering, Machine Learning models, Validation)- Predicting high risk entities through machine learning models, leading to improved prioritization of limited resources.- Profiling entities with errant behaviours, enabling stakeholders to devise targetted interventions to address each profiles.- Ran analytics models on textual data to identify key concepts within the descriptions which could affect participation rates, with the goal of coming up with recommendations to improve participation rate.Mentored Junior Data Analysts from scratch to be able to run Data Analytics projects independently.Trained fellow colleagues in Data knowledge through workshops and engagements in various levels of management, and competency.Won 1st place in Government Data Visualisation Competition in 2019.

Crisis and Business Continuity Planning- Worked with stakeholders to formulate Crisis and Business Continuity Plans- Ran simulation exercises (Table, physical) to test out plans and maintain state of readiness- Saw the organisation through the Haze disruptions- Developed mobile app to improve speed of reporting on the ground. Mobile app was deployed throughout the organisation, and won an innovation award.Promoting Innovation through- Managing initiatives to encourage staff ideas- Events to reward good ideas
