As an administrator of such large and sensitive data, I practiced keen attention to detail and high standards for output to ensure accuracy in high-level reporting. Additionally, I directed changes to processes and systems that are ineffective for the users to better the company’s output. I am a strong leader with extensive experience in training and people management. During my time as a Team Lead, I was able to successfully onboard and train all the new members and build a relationship within the team that promoted camaraderie and collaboration. As a Leader, I promoted growth and empowerment for my team, both personally and professionally, and made sure that they are given the right tools and environment to be as productive and efficient as they can be.I want to both showcase and further develop my skills in the Sales Operations field and to aid with that, I am exploring taking Salesforce Administration certifications and process management courses.
