I am a Sales Operations Senior Analyst with 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator with skills in generating reports and dashboards, leading process improvements, and data management. As an administrator of such large and sensitive data, I practiced keen attention to detail and high standards for output to ensure accuracy in high-level reporting. Additionally, I directed changes to processes and systems that are ineffective for the users to better the company’s output. I am a strong leader with extensive experience in training and people management. During my time as a Team Lead, I was able to successfully onboard and train all the new members and build a relationship within the team that promoted camaraderie and collaboration.
