• Maximize usage of time in terms of coordination of interviews and photography sessions with interviewees• Develop rapport quickly and efficiently with interviewees in order to ensure comfortability, well-being, & authenticity of all projects• Provide interviewees with palatable information and education regarding sustainability topics such as retrofitting, weatherization, energy efficiency, carbon footprints, and recycling• Maintain detailed and accurate records regarding interviews, including dissemination of information regarding educational topics, recordings of Zoom calls and transcription • Provide written reports that efficiently summarize key takeaways of sustainability projects and interviews using organized, detailed, and thoughtful notes from interviews• Collaborate with Content Creators all throughout the duration of each project to ensure consistent rollouts
