LEGO brand robotics equipment was used to teach campers basic building and programming skills. The campers were encouraged to apply these skills to complete various challenges with their assigned robot. Taught the campers basic stop motion animation and movie editing skills to create their own home movies with LEGO characters. Pictures were taken on iPads with a stop motion animation app, then imported to iMovie where the campers learned how to add voiceover and sound effect content.

Worked with a group of campers, providing challenges and experiments for them to fix by designing an invention. Many challenges included real world problems, for example, how to clean the oceans and design earthquake/hurricane proof houses. Encouraged the exploration of STEM areas in an exciting and interesting learning environment. Inspired campers to invent on their own time, allowing them to present their home inventions to the rest of the camp.
