Project Manager
- Manage the Interior Design Department, involving 40-60 accounts.- Work closely with Operations and office director to organize warehouse, paperwork flow and organizational structure.- Work directly with interior designers on household accounts, including storage, billing and arranging logistics of transporting items domestically and internationally. - Work directly with private clients to manage their storage accounts; handle billing and logistics of transporting personal items.- Work directly with agents internationally and domestically to transport items.- Train employees for administrative and account manager roles. Train new and current employees on intercompany database.- In regards to the warehouse, I assisted with purchasing materials and training on administrative processes.- In regards to imports and exports, I assisted with arranging customs clearance and collection/delivery of items from the airport.-Assist Operations with payroll and managing employee attendance.
