I have seven years of experience in a direct patient care medical setting through my specialization in radiologic sciences; however, I am seeking to actively leave the medical field in pursuit of work that I am passionate about. The medical field was always meant to be a stepping stone to give stability in early life, but I have always been passionate about video editing, graphic design work, social media management, and the video game industry.All of my current video and graphics skills are self-taught, and I can easily spend numerous hours working on a project or learning a new skill if it is something I am passionate about. Even though I do not currently have paid experience outside of the medical field, I have skills from previous jobs, volunteer work, and personal endeavors that would give me the skills needed to pursue a career in social media management or content creation including managing my own growing Instagram account, networking with related creators both in-person and virtually, creating content for personal and business use (see "Projects" section), and researching and writing about marketing and business strategies.In regards to personal traits, I have been described as a friendly and bubbly person. I get along well with a wide range of personalities, enjoy working either as a team or alone, am not afraid to ask for help if it means the outcome of a task will increase in quality, and have learned new systems and programs quickly. I have multiple years of experience instructing classes as well as teaching one-on-one when it is related to a topic or skill I am knowledgeable of. Most importantly, I have a passion for creative work and an understanding that it will take extra time and effort on my part to become as good in the marketing or creative world as I currently am in the medical field, which I have on good authority, is excellent.
