I have been pleased to have recently joined my dad's business to round out my sales and marketing skills! In past positions, I have been heavily involved with event operation and execution, and now am working to learn more about marketing and the sales side of business. I have noticed these skills often go hand in hand and am thankful to get an opportunity to learn about these areas. Primarily I focus on outreach to new clients and follow up with previously identified leads. Using a variety of real estate websites, advertising, and personal connections, we do approximately 300 Forward, Reverse, and/or Improvement Exchanges per year. I help prepare closing and tax documents per IRS regulations and ensure clients move through the exchange process easily and with confidence. In addition to these responsibilities I also manage and support our Monday.com server and create marketing materials and presentations/events as needed.
