We aim to develop a passion for hospitality within each of our teams to continue growing our Friday family. I have been with my current business for 12 years. I started at Sporting Globe and love the culture and business opportunities that the brand has. It is a people's business, you feel like you are a part of a team. Everyone works together to win that premiership cup. Through this time, I have made my way up through the ranks with hard work and determination to be the best version of myself and build an environment where people and culture is our number one priority! I have extensive hospitality industry knowledge and over 15 years of experience. I have worked all types of jobs in all kinds of environments throughout my career. Moving from one side of Melbourne to the other to start my career as a Venue Manager, I knew that being in a role where watching people develop and succeed would be my long-term goal. Through this journey, I completed a certificate IV in leadership and development, which helped me manage teams ranging from 15-50 people. I was promoted to a Training and Development Manager through hard work, which took me all over Australia, opening pubs, TAB facilities, and restaurants. My role was to hire, train and develop, Managers and Front of house team members, and create new content for the brand.
