I provide customer service to clients as they shop online and in-store.This includes assisting customers with completing sales transactionsonline via a computer-based sales system, taking phone orders,assisting with in-store purchases, answering product questions, postingmerchandise on social media, and facilitating local delivery ofpurchases.

Support full-time staff by assisting with office management tasks. Responsible for managing clients' personal healthcare documentation and managing HIPPA privacy requirements. Responsible for helping clients navigate the American Health Care system.

Provided the service of carrying the player's bag, keeping the clubs clean, locating balls, and calculating yardage to the pin and/or hazards. When prompted, I also provided information on greens and club choices.

As a Junior coach, I worked with students of all ages in the learn-to-skate program. I worked with students as young as 3 years old in the lower levels, teaching them the beginnings of figure skating, and with adults who were learning to skate.
