I am working as a research assistant at the Columbia Climate School's Center for International Earth Science Information Network (CIESIN) cleaning and analyzing world Census data. The project I am working on is developing the newest version of the Gridded Population of the World (GPW), which will produce the most accurate and fine-tuned GIS Raster of global census data. CIESIN manages this project for NASA's Socio-Economic Data and Applications Center.
