I am currently a first-year osteopathic medical student at Rocky Vista University College of Osteopathic Medicine Southern Utah Campus. I was born and raised in Glenwood Springs, CO and attended undergrad at Kalamazoo College in Kalamazoo, MI. Before starting medical school, I worked as a Research Technologist II at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine, where I focused on understanding mitochondria as signaling organelles. This experience solidified my passion for research, which I continue to pursue through the Physician Scientist track at RVUCOM. I believe that integrating research with clinical practice is essential for providing evidence-based care to my future patients. At RVUCOM, I am actively involved in several leadership roles. As the Officer of Student Wellness on our Student Government Association, VP of Student American Association of Osteopathy, VP of Communication for Ultrasound Society, and Communications Officer of the Student Osteopathic Medical Association, I am passionate health and wellbeing and advocating for my peers.
