Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) providing exceptional customer assistance with extensive product knowledge, as well as handling customer returns, exchanges, and warranty claims. Reaching and maintaining ‘role model’ standard KPIs, assisting in monthly stocktake, and store merchandising. I am also responsible for cash register operating, independently opening and closing the store, and completing the end of day banking.
