My research focus is in artificial intelligence in imaging, specifically echocardiography. I collaborate with physician and industry vendors to research new technology in the AI realm and envision and enact it’s place in the clinical world. I also perform research echocardiograms in conjunction with the Northwestern Memorial Hospital Echo Lab.

Everyday I help patients achieve their healthy goals by doing ultrasounds on their hearts and accomplishing preliminary reporting, both inpatients and outpatients. I have helped the echo lab update our practices by helping introduce more 3D and strain imaging into our protocol. I am in charge of the IAC accreditation for our lab which includes performing.

I am credentialed in the Cupid application of Epic. I am one of the credentialed trainers on the cardiology team for Project One, a project integrating all Northwestern Medicine health systems into one EMR.
