I went through thousands of account records to find active contracts and business lines and merged duplicate contacts to ensure Salesforce accuracy.In addition, I managed projects and time-sensitive tasks with varying degrees.

Throughout my time at Jamba Juice, I successfully handled customer transactions and completed orders in a timely fashion. Additional tasks included training new employees and increasing customer satisfaction rates to better aid the success of the company.
