I interview people from companies all over the world to hear about their experiences in working in their particular companies and then write short stories for publication. I also create social media posts to highlight their stories. The idea is to give prospective employees an insight into the company culture, benefits and opportunities.

The has meant that I have had to work across a large range of projects -- working as Editor of three employer branding magazines, managing social media not only for Magnet; but assisting our as well; assisting the sales team prepare and present proposals; developing new products; and managing our websites and other electronic platforms. I have been fortunate in having access to best practice in in all these areas as a result of our close relationship with Universum, which is headquartered in Sweden.
