Project:Camp launches pop-up day camps to provide impactful childcare for families affected by disasters. Our camps provide a space for kids to be kids and process through play. We also help organize communities both before and during disasters to provide critical social-emotional support for children, families, and communities.

• Create large-scale programmatic changes to constantly improve our services.• Manage communication with a network of over 2,000 campers and their families.• Coordinate transportation, forms and payment for all campers.• Developed and led bystander intervention training and diversity training, helping to create a strategic plan for Mountain Camp to become more inclusive.• Coordinate with our partner programs to ensure all programs are consistent in policies.• Interview and recruit summer staff. • Coordinated and planned the 2018 Annual Meeting, an event attended by over 600 members of the Girl Scouts community.• Lead a team of 20 and coordinated with the event site for all day-of logistics.

• Selected as member of hiring committee due to my respected work ethic and character and was responsible for interviewing over 100 applicants and training 20 new employees. • Advised management staff on sustainable packaging and collaborated with staff to communicate best practices in sustainability. • Built customer service and money-handling skills, as well as in-depth knowledge of the processes necessary to be a successful barista, baker, and employee.

• Worked with Dr. Susan Kephart as part of a National Science Foundation grant looking at species boundaries in the genus of Camassia, a widespread native prairie plant, and Hastingia, a rare Lilly endemic to Oregon. Along with a team of researchers, we conducted field work in Washington, Oregon, California and Idaho over the course of the field season. • Developed independent research question and presented findings with peer to undergraduate biology classes.
