Lead Global HR Service Delivery team to define, deliver, and improve HR operations across 25 countries.

Core member of the design, configuration and implementation team for adopting Workday as SimCorp's global HRIS, HCM, PSA and ERP platform, from requirements-gathering workshops to system-supporting key business processes to include relevant stakeholders across 23 countries.Lead global HR community, including HR Business Partners and HR Leadership Team in adopting Workday, including user acceptance training, hyper-care maintenance and continuous enhancements. Liaise with the HR Centers of Excellence and various business stakeholders to support change management for all managers and employees within the organization, in the company-wide adoption of Workday.

Part of the core HR team supporting SimCorp's North American business. Partnered with executive management and HR Business Partners on HR planning and execution, taking responsibility for the provision of local and global initiatives aligned with SimCorp procedures, policies, plans and tools. Supported line managers and employees with transactional and operational HR matters, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee satisfaction and motivation, people development and retention, employee relations and annual performance management processes. Oversaw the annual health benefits Open Enrollment process for North American-based employees, including U.S. and Canadian benefit vendor selection by using data to analyze best offerings and maintain competitive benefits for employees. Owned all U.S. and Canadian inbound immigration cases in connection with employment-based visa applications, in accordance with relevant rules and regulations to mitigate employee cross-border risk. Advised and communicated immigration strategy with the business and employees, while acting as the primary liaison between the business and immigration legal teams. Oversaw all North American inbound and outbound International Assignments and served as the Mobility Compliance Officer for North America, being the primary escalation point for all North American employees and managers.

As the University's 2011-15 Strategic Plan was due to be updated, newly appointed Vice-Principal (Strategy) Rebecca Murray was asked by Vice-Chancellor Dr. Michael Spence to create and lead an office to develop the University's new Strategic Plan. I came onboard shortly thereafter, and assisted Rebecca in building the team to layout, research and write the Plan, and we published our 2016-20 Strategic Plan in March 2016 following a thorough analysis and consultation with our staff, students and other key stakeholders.
