As the US Nutrition Lead I focus on internal and external nutrition education, writing, and supporting our marketing, customer service and sales team with nutrition expertise.

· A 5- year, 8 state, peer led behavioral and environmental intervention project funded by the USDA. Conducted data collection through environmental audits of Syracuse University campus facilities, literature review, and developed research survey tool to assess utilization of Healthy Campus Environmental Audit (HCEA) data collection training's. · Worked under our leading professor with an intimate team of undergraduate students constructing surveys to assess the effectiveness of the HCEA tool used by research assistants across the country. Assisted in the writing of the research article presenting our findings.· Conducted primary interviews and data collection for a study about food security and campus environment.· Analyzed secondary data regarding body dissatisfaction in Syracuse University Undergraduate students that was presented at the annual NYSAND (New York State Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics) conference.

Assisted in the teaching of Food Studies courses by providing education support to students learning the basics of culinary arts, as well as supporting the professor with food preparation, sanitation, and administrative work.

Created learning activities, study guides, provided in-class support and guest lectured for students participating in the a Introduction to Nutrition undergraduate course.

Memorized, prepared and served a variety of menu items while providing customer service and utilizing Square POS system.

Conducted expert interviews with health care professionals in the eating disorder field. Additionally, developed and sold eating disorder cook book of entirely original recipes and essays to raise money for Ophelia's Place.

Shadowed and observed dietitians who specialize in eating disorders, neuro-oncology, renal, and intensive care. Also aided in editing preexisting and creating meal educational discharge materials for eating disorder and oncology patients.

Intern with the Summer Meals program making, packing, and serving hundreds of lunches to children in low income neighborhoods in the Cape Ann area. Provided children with food demonstrations and lesson on healthy eating.
