In my role as Community Programs Coordinator, I'm responsible for coordinating bookings for community programs, in particular the First Aid in Schools and Party Ready programs. This includes scheduling of all schools and sessions of this key program from enquiry through to booking, confirmation and completion; producing reports; query handling and trouble-shooting solutions to any resourcing or availability issues.

During my role as Community Transport Team Leader, I was responsible for the supervision and operation of St John Ambulance Victoria's Community Transport Service, which assists meeting everyday needs of people in our community by being more mobile and having safe and reliable door to door transport; Ensuring quality program delivery for all Community Transport customers, while growing the level of customer interest and volunteer driver capacity.

Whilst working with St John Ambulance Victoria's Commercial Scheduling Department, I was responsible for organising the rosters for around 70 First Aid Trainers and First Aid in Schools Presenters, scheduling them to various accredited and non-accredited first aid classes across Victoria. In addition, our team were first point of contact for all Trainers and Presenters with any training or resourcing queries. During my time in this department I demonstrated a high level of problem solving skills and was able to quickly build rapport with Trainers and Presenters, as well as the various other departments, through my sound customer service skills.

My responsibility within Chandler Macleod was to support both the temporary and permanent recruitment consultants out at our Mulgrave office through sourcing suitable candidates via advertisements and referrals, conducting reference checks and providing administrative support. Furthermore I delivered a high level of customer service to our candidates, offering them support and advice in the current market.
