Initiates, develops, and adapts recruitment strategy to attract and hire exceptional talent. Collaborates with systems teams and operations to successfully implement initiatives, utilize new software, and propose changes for workflow effectiveness. Leads relationships with talent and hiring teams through the recruitment process, ensuring an outstanding experience for all parties. Participates in and leads business reviews with key stakeholders. Develop market insights, coordinate efforts with recruitment team, and build and execute effective recruitment strategies. Conduct and manage full-cycle recruiting efforts; create job descriptions, post job orders internally through CRM as well as on all job boards including Ziprecruiter, Indeed, Career Builder, LinkedIn and Glass Door. Actively source passive candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Career Builder, and Ziprecruiter. Manage a pipeline of candidates in multiple different industries and professions. Coordinate phone, video, and in-person interviews with clients and candidates, negotiate with clients and candidates regarding offers. Perform HR functions including onboarding processes and payroll for contract associates. Conduct regular follow up with active associates on assignment, while also maintaining relationships with candidates seeking work.
