As a program manager on PADF's Partnerships & Sustainable Finance team, I'm responsible for leading and contributing to the design and implementation of innovative programs and partnerships that aim to tackle complex social and economic development challenges throughout Latin America and the Caribbean.

I support the identification, outreach, and cultivation of revenue-generating and value-added partnerships, with a focus on sustainable livelihoods and innovation related to education, employment, entrepreneurship, and the environment. This involves: - general program management efforts for strategic, foundation and/or private-sector projects, - drafting.

As a Program Associate, my duties fall into three general categories: Program Support, New Business Development, and Knowledge Management. • Assist in the development of strategies, plans, concept papers to support new project development activities and proposal preparation and design in close consultation with the Executive Director and other PADF senior.
• Learn about sustainable development best practices and how to replicate these.
• Draft and/or translate outreach materials that would help position PADF in the private sector and foundations’ market.
