I work in quality control to make the production of gluten free Cheerios as productive and as efficient as possible. To do this, I analyze samples of oats that are brought into the laboratory by looking for and taking scientific data for gluten containing items (such as rye, wheat, and barley), and based on my findings, the operators of the mill can clean.

I completed financial responsibilities daily that ensured consistent and accurate deposits of the previous day, supervised shifts with team members that resulted in excellent interactions with customers and preparation for the next shift, trained new team members about responsibilities and duties of the job, and effectively communicated between team.
