Past work focusing on Vietnamese food culture and diaspora has been featured in international publications, including The New Gastronome & Sandwich Magazine. Current editor at FoodVerge. Responsible for copyediting proofreading, and manuscript flow to ensure that submitted final drafts and artwork meet editorial requirements. Develops and manages the editorial calendar to generate ambitious, creative, and innovative content that engages and moves readers on new markets, trends and ideas in the food & drink industry.

Created the brand voice for a NPO, focusing on community healthcare and HIV/AIDS advocacy. Go-to person for outreach content for both patients and donors, through both analog and digital marketing channels. Driving content strategy for various projects, such as Ayurvedic Bodywork and HIV Advocacy Youth Training programs. Grant writer and partnership manager for all development initiatives and programs.

Proposed and created Composition and Rhetoric course in response to students' demand for academic writing support. Developed original curriculum and syllabus. Course was so successful there was a waiting list of 60. Mentored students, increasing their understanding of the writing and redrafting process of academic and professional writing. Created a setting in office hours for students to learn in a deeper and more individual way. Received compliments from students for exceptional organizational skills and engaging course content and lectures. Was asked to return each academic semester.

Co-organized youth program to help participants in the Bay Area understand Vietnamese culture, history, and activism. Coordinated programming with the San Jose Office of Immigrant Affairs to promote multi- and inter-generational civic engagement, registering hundreds of new voters. Participated as a panelist speaker at press conferences regarding immigrant rights. Given positive feedback from community leads. Was go-to person for community outreach and storytelling initiatives via social media campaigns.
