Maddy is the Chief Executive Officer of Adara Development, an international development organisation with expertise in maternal, newborn and child health (MNCH) and remote community development (RCD). Most recently, Maddy served as Adara’s Senior Programmes Director, working across Adara’s Maternal Newborn Child Health, Remote Community Development, and Monitoring and Evaluation streams, to support programme strategy, planning, design, and implementation and to ensure organisational cohesion. She has worked in the not-for-profit sector for many years, cutting her teeth in the world of Communications before moving into development programmes.Maddy has a Bachelor of International Relations (Hons 1st) from the Australian National University, and a Master of International Public Health from UNSW.
