She was eager to jump in wherever she could, and her bright personality was contagious. Every day, she walked in with a positive attitude and an eagerness to work. She is intelligent, persistent, and exuberant. She took up whatever task we asked of her, and even when she ran into blockers or monotonous troubleshooting, she worked diligently to find a solution and get the job done. She was very self-directed and had no trouble jumping into various client projects. We had a very busy summer, and some of the work we did was new territory for us. I can't imagine what it would've been like for us if Maddie wasn't on the team. Her contributions undoubtedly helped us successfully meet our deadlines, and create impactful virtual and augmented reality experiences. She also showed impressive initiative when we asked her to research a speech-to-text recognition tool, and gave a thorough demo to the team to share what she'd learned, how she'd put her research into practice, and how she’s documented her work so our team could use it moving forward. From her first day to her last, she made an impact and was always part of the team. We all sincerely enjoyed our time working with her, and hope we can welcome her back one day."
