My responsibilities as a Senior Event Assistant include:-Creating event timeline, ceremony flow sheet, decor/room set sheet, vendor/event contact list.-Building event binders.-Collecting vendor contracts.-Attending client meetings, especially final planning meetings and final venue walk through.-Acting as the onsite and main contact for rehearsal, wedding, and event day activities. -Leading and managing intern event assistants effectively.-Working to launch the new "Party Loft", a venue opened and run by Couture Parties.

-Responsible for daily use of social media outlets.-Used Photoshop to create promotional images for new products and events.-Involved in the release and promotion of 2 new products. -Responsible for editing press releases and sending them to various media outlets along with samples of new products being released.-Assistant in planning a major fundraiser.-Assistant at the Newport Folk Festival, where Newport Storm was the official beer of the event.-Coastal Extreme Brewing holds an event every Friday evening. I was in charge of the signups for these events, which occur on Facebook each week.
