I am an educational researcher and former K-12 leader passionate about equitable and inclusive education. My expertise grew from teaching ELA, humanities, and ESL in public schools and community colleges. I have a master’s degree in Secondary English Education from the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor’s degree in English and Journalism from Syracuse University.Currently, I am ABD at Rowan University with an inclusive special education concentration and serving as a graduate research assistant in the Educational Leadership, Administration, and Research department. My skills include Project Management, K-12 Education, Inclusive Education Practices, Team Leadership, Qualitative Research, Curriculum Design, and Technology in Education. My goal is to contribute to advancing educational equity and inclusive schools through research, practice, and advocacy.
