I work with another ambassador and the Legacy Fitness team based in Butler, PA, to try and improve the organizations' social media for increased following. I work online with the Jamaur Law Foundation and three other ambassadors to better their financial literacy lesson plans by implementing sustainability into each. I also create and design different posts on LinkedIn, Instagram, and X. I have been designing and creating templates and layouts for three monthly newsletters.

I was hired by the nonprofit organization to develop their social media pages and manage these accounts in the lead-up to their annual conference that occurred in October 2024. My work involved creating engaging social media posts every week that would increase audience engagement. I also attended the conference to take photos for social media, the organization's website, and to be used when submitting to grant committees in search of funding.The following photos represent the October 2024 Juvenile Justice Conference, and they reflect all forms of activity flowing throughout that one day. Participants engaged in interactive roundtable discussions and were motivated by keynote speakers with current topics at hand. Besides that, art workshops offered active possibilities to be creative and connect people. The conference combined education, inspiration, and creativity; really, the whole event was so memorable for all participants.

I ensure during operating hours that the entrance of the park is safe for all visitors. I do this to ensure that all the people on the premises are safe and free from danger. In case there is a problem amongst the visitors concerning the safety and dress code policy, I take my own initiative to handle the situation as calmly and efficiently as possible. I listen to what each one of them says and try to make an amicable settlement according to the guidelines of our park. If this doesn't work I then go to my direct supervisor to solve the issue.

I helped students with temporary IDs to their rooms in case of lockouts and checked out game room and kitchen utensils whenever they needed. I communicated well with other residential staff to ensure that proper procedure was taken in case of an emergency. It is through my proactive approach that a sense of security and support within residence could be maintained by the students, who felt cared for and attended to during the stressful times. I felt pride in this position and knew that my role contributed to giving them all a good environment.

During monthly drills and exercises, I enhanced my military skills and readiness for larger operations. Each session provided hands-on learning in key areas such as first aid and combat techniques, including CPR and triage for effective emergency response. I also practiced tactical maneuvers, weapon handling, and close-quarters combat, improving my teamwork and communication under stress. These simulations helped me adapt and think critically, ultimately building my resilience and preparing me for future military operations.

I helped freshmen and transfer students transition to college through one-on-one meetings to talk about their experiences and goals for college. I helped them locate necessary resources such as academic support and counseling and advised them on how to approach their assignments with study and time management strategies. I effectively created a team environment with strong interpersonal skills, along with a commitment to student success.

I held a variety of different positions at Rocky's, making personalized sandwiches and wraps to each of the students' likings. After preparing their orders, I promptly checked them out for a quick and easy transaction. Finally, toward the end of the day, I went ahead to prepare for the next day by setting up the cold stations. This not only kept the workflow together but made it much easier for my team to jump right in when the following day started.
