Hello, my name is Maddie! I am a Health Systems Management graduate from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. I am also currently in the Dental Assisting Program at Central Piedmont Community College. I will graduate from the program on July 11th, 2024, and I am very excited to work as a dental assistant and dental hygienist later down the road. I have grown as a leader throughout my experiences at UNC Charlotte and Central Piedmont. I aspire to be a leader in every workplace I step foot in to allow for others to feel confident, comfortable, and supported. I’ve also gained valuable leadership skills working as a shift supervisor at Starbucks. I plan to transfer these leadership skills into my career in healthcare and dentistry.
