About Madeline A.

I am currently pursuing my MBA at UCLA (Class of 2025) and am applying this knowledge in real time as an Enterprise Sales Director at Smartcar. I have a marketing and sales background, with 10 years of experience in matching real solutions with real problems. I enjoy working with diverse teams that challenge me to think differently and work smarter. At Smartcar, our team is empowering a new community of innovators in the mobility space by making it easy to connect to their customers’ vehicles. In my role, I help equip mobility businesses with the Smartcar standardized API platform, allowing businesses to focus on what’s important: building the future of mobility. Prior to my current role, I spent 4.5 years successfully selling technology to the public sector. As the top sales rep for 3 consecutive years, I brought in several multi-million dollar, multi-year contracts from top cities and counties across the country. I consistently exceeded quota ($1,000,000+) and improved marketing/sales alignment, created standardized pricing structures and streamlined contracting vehicles. Outside of work, I enjoy working on my Spanish, traveling to new countries (India, Japan, Portugal, Spain, Germany, Honduras, Mexico), reading and exploring the beautiful state of California.
