Current- Partnered with University at Buffalo researchers to implement Differentiated Reading Instruction (Walpole and McKenna) schoolwide. - Won Literacy Research to Practice Grant from Charter School Growth Fund to implement Science of Reading-based practices, including Bookworms literacy curriculum.- Designed and won funding to implement intensive early literacy tutoring program, using mCLASS Intervention, through cohort facilitated by Amplify. Piloted in spring 2024 and tripled in scale in 2024-25.- Developed school’s academic data collection processes, data analysis protocols, and teacher coaching systems.
