Concateno is a predominantly business-to-business company; they communicate with a wide variety of customers from HR managers to drug workers.My role within the marketing team involved a wide range of marketing activities, including direct mailouts, email marketing, social media, events and exhibitions, website content and advertising. I was the editor of the company newsletter and I managed the development and re-launch of the company website with a colleague. I have experience managing a range of campaigns and I was also responsible for the development and promotion of some of company's products. I managed projects to improve customer retention, including additional newsletters, customer surveys and the promotion of new products and services.

I joined Concateno's marketing team as their first administrator, so was able to make the role my own. My responsibilities included helping to manage campaigns, planning events and exhibitions, managing the creation of new marketing collateral, dealing with customer enquiries, recording and tracking new leads, introducing organisational improvements and supporting the sales and marketing directors.
