•Conduct premium audits on prospective and existing policyholder accounts to gather data to analyze proper risk classifications, premium basis, scope of operations, and payroll estimate figures.•Communicate and educate policyholders on proper payroll keeping methods to ensure satisfactory policyholder reporting. •Interpret and apply premium audit standards as documented in the NCCI Basic and Scopes Manuals for workers compensation auditing rules. •Review certificates of insurance needed for contract labor, as well as analyze payroll records and federal wage/ tax documents•Balance the management of scheduling, travel, and communication with all policyholders in accordance with policy expiration dates.

•Partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager to develop strategies and processes that support the department and growth needs of Talent Acquisition recruiting and hiring efforts•Function as a full-­‐time recruiter while maintaining a requisition load of 18 positions, in addition to developing, implementing, and enhancing an effective recruiting program to attract highly qualified individuals for current openings and pipeline development •Act as a liaison between senior executives and team members regarding executing company policy in order to be compliant throughout the recruiting process, and employment for team members•Assist with compensation reviews, position qualifications, and competitive market values•Identify best fit based on specific criteria to ensure proper placement of candidates •Work to assess employment opportunities with candidates based on qualifications and skill sets
