Being a Consultant has allowed me to work with multiple clients simultaneously and gain experience/knowledge within organizations in multiple industries. There is a strong need for the small to midsize business owners who may not necessarily need a full-time HR Professional but requires access to someone who IS an HR expert in all facets of Human Resources. There are also organization that have great HR professionals but may need to partner with someone to assist them with projects, training, coaching or Spanish translation. After 18+ years I decided it was time to start my own HR Consulting business hence Founding Trinity HR Business Partners, Inc. I strive to build and maintain good business relationships by providing excellent high touch service with each and every client and their employees. Serve as the Strategic HR Business Partner between the corporate office and multiple client sites servicing up to 200+ employees. Attend sales calls & assess new client needs. Managing client relationships & maintaining credibility at executive levels within client organizations. Consult/service companies (outside of the PEO) on a contracted hourly basis. Provide subject matter expertise, bringing HR thought, leadership and systemic thinking to clients; regularly collaborating on people solutions that improve business results. Maintain policies and procedures; provide job descriptions; handle employee relations issues & counseling; conduct all onboarding processes and exit interviews; coach management with employee relations issues and progressive discipline; performance management, employee development, training, benefits administration; assist employees with claims questions/EOB’s statements; Conduct annual open enrollment at all client sites. Translate and assist Spanish speaking employees. Work on special projects as requested by each client site. Make regular scheduled visits to each client worksite (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) depending on their needs. Maintain a flexible work/life balance as I worked from the client site, corporate office or home office; on call as necessary to client executive team and employees.
