My goal is to create content that resonates with our audience and communicate Valour Sport's position as Australia's leading high-performance sportswear company.At Think.Feel.Do, I had the opportunity to collaborate closely with the founders to bring their vision to life and expand their brand's reach. My role involved developing brand identity, designing course materials, and creating engaging online content. Additionally, I set up social media and e-commerce platforms, along with the website design, ensuring a cohesive and impactful digital presence. This experience not only honed my skills in branding and design but also deepened my passion for storytelling. As a Marketing Manager in Recruitment, I specialised in graphic design and social media content creation. My responsibilities included rebranding the business and developing a new website, which encompassed logo creation, layout design, copywriting, graphic design, SEO, and print management.A significant project I led was the successful redevelopment of our recruitment process. I transitioned the system from a paper-based to a digital format, which involved extensive research, development, implementation and training staff. The rollout was executed across both our Sydney and Melbourne offices, with ongoing support provided to ensure a smooth transition.
