-Performs cash application, data entry, and unit support functions and/or correspondences.-Executes policies and procedures to ensure the timely resolution of the patient service and third party reimbursement issues to foster an environment of total customer service responsiveness.-Provides input to management obtained from various insurance companies, outside agencies and patients regarding reimbursement and customer service related issues.-Executes changes to customer service programs in accordance with changes in insurance regulations from data obtained from various groups.-Complies and assists with the implementation of management reporting systems to ensure accurate and timely reporting of department goals and results.-Assists with the development, implementation and execution of quality control programs for timely and accurate resolution of patient and insurance inquiries.-Other duties as assigned.

-Provide trauma informed Prevention presentations and programmingacross Lake County, including groups of youth from elementary through high school ages as wellas school collaterals and other community groups, in person and virtually as needed andappropriate.-Deliver positive results as evidenced by utilization of outcome measures.-Research and develop evidence based and research informed programexpansions and updates.-Obtain, interpret, and respond to data to inform continuedprogrammatic development.

-Welcome guests into checkout and provide assistance as needed -Scan and bag all guest items efficiently, neatly, and in compliance with food safety standards and company best practices-Work efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining guest service and accuracy

-Monitor student athletes as they work to fulfill weekly study hours in Falcon Lab.-Sign student-athletes in and out of the Falcon Lab and monitor studying.-Perform office related tasks with Microsoft Excel and Word, filing, copying and various other administrative tasks.-Assists with ordering books for student-athletes on scholarships. -Performs class checks upon request.
