atene KOM GmbH, based in Berlin, accompanies the public sector in project development in the areas of digitalisation, energy, mobility, health and education. atene KOM (Agency for Communication, Organisation and Management) brings together municipalities, counties and companies to jointly develop the infrastructure for the future. Together with German and European partners, atene KOM works on various funding projects, for example for the digitalisation of rural areas, develop smart mobility concepts for local and regional transport or intelligent strategies to promote sustainable development.

Provided customer service and administrative assistance at the Academic Center (AC), Front Desk, and Mailroom in the Unit 1 Residence Hall. Handled customer concerns and helped process a high volume of packages and letters throughout the academic year.

Shadowed Loss Control consultants and associates in several client services areas at Lockton, the world's largest privately owned insurance brokerage firm. Completed projects aimed at developing the knowledge and skills required for consulting firms on safety engineering and risk management.

Mentored elementary school (K-6) students at below average reading levels, meeting twice a week for 30 minute sessions to read their "just right" books. Encouraged literacy proficiency through various fluency, accuracy, and comprehension activities, which are aimed toward building the scholars' confidence in their reading abilities as well as making reading fun. Trained in the balanced literacy approach by Berkeley Unified School District literacy specialists.

Provided customer service to and helped ensure the safety of spectators and athletes at the 2015 LA World Games, an international event hosting 165 countries. Volunteered at the Aquatics Center as well as the Opening and Closing Ceremonies.
