I’m a friendly, action-oriented and values-driven communications professional. I’m particularly passionate about the benefits of clear, accessible and inclusive communications, and the importance of corporate responsibility. Curious, creative, reflective and helpful, I enjoy working with others to provide sensible and strategic advice and support. My experience spans both the private and public sector, and ranges from strategic communications, content development and copy writing, to program management and employee engagement. I have excellent written and spoken communication skills with particular strengths in communication strategy, engagement, instructional design, and behavioural and organisational change. I love listening, problem solving, creating a plan, and then getting my hands dirty ‘doing’ (or at the very least 'supporting'!) its implementation.Always calm and organised, I consistently build trust and respect at all levels in the workforce. I love collaborating and my positive outlook and enthusiasm make me a valued team player. I also have boundless initiative with an eye on continuous improvement. I ensure everything I create is firmly user-centred and reflective of how people actually behave. Often this involves speaking to users, asking plenty of questions, and analysing data for trends, insights and evidence. An Australian native, I moved to London in 2012 to diversify my skills and experience, before returning to Australia in 2016.
