Currently on sabbatical through the Spring, Madeline Mitchell is a former Senior Manager and leader for Deloitte’s national AI practice. At Deloitte, Madeline was responsible for developing new national markets in AI Strategy, Governance, and Implementation as well as leading a portfolio of commercial and government clients. In addition to client responsibilities, Madeline was a key business leader responsible for building and operationalizing the internal US Deloitte AI Center of Excellence/AI R&D center for the Advisory business. In this role, she aggressively recruited, developed, and led a high performing global team of 120, overseeing 100+ research-to-commercialization AI projects, an associated P&L, and GTM strategy. The AI CoE served as the strategy and technical nucleus to launch and infuse AI across the enterprise beginning in 2020. Prior to her consulting career between Booz Allen and Deloitte, Madeline worked for a Governor and Senator in her home state of Oklahoma across the executive and legislative branches. Madeline is a proud 5th generation Oklahoman where she has served on several nonprofit and economic development boards and is passionate about civic engagement. Additionally, she is an adjunct professor in the MBA program at the University of Central Oklahoma.
