As Leasing Manager, I trained and mentored a team of three Leasing Consultants. I also developed our community's marketing plan to gain new prospects and retain current residents. In conjunction with our marketing plan, I created content for our social media accounts and digital newsletter. I also kept a pulse on the housing market in the South Loop via market survey reports. In this position, I oversaw all aspects of leasing and property management, including renewals, move-outs, and resident relations.

At AMLI Residential, I worked onsite at the AMLI 900 community, which consists of 440 luxury apartment homes ranging from studios to 3-bedrooms. As a Leasing Professional, I generated qualified traffic, toured prospects, leased apartment homes, and assisted with the overall move-in process. I also planned monthly resident appreciation events and adhered to the marketing budget. I achieved $2 Million in sales within my first year.

AT&T AdWorks, the combined forces of U-Verse and DirecTV, provides data-driven cross-screen advertising solutions. As an Advertising Sales Planner, I responded to all RFP's for the Midwest region and built proposals across all platforms: linear, addressable, digital, and mobile. I monitored account delivery and optimized campaigns when needed. I also acted as the liaison between our internal Business Analytics team and agencies for back-end analysis campaign reports and brand health surveys.

WGN America is the national cable network owned by Tribune Media Company. As an Advertising Sales Assistant, I managed the account lists for the Midwest region. I provided timely and accurate deal maintenance and also worked with our internal finance team to reconcile billing discrepancies. I promoted brand awareness through creative one-sheets and e-mail blasts.

At SmithBucklin, I supported the membership services and operations of two associations in the Business and Trade department: Cosmetologists Chicago (CC) and North American Association of Floor Covering Distributors (NAFCD). I assisted with event preparation for continuing education classes, board meetings, annual conventions, and trade shows. I also had the opportunity to work with multiple departments, such as marketing and event services, to achieve client goals.

The Torch is the independent student newspaper of Roosevelt University. As Business Manager, I oversaw the newspaper's budget, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, purchasing, and advertising sales. Through implementing new platforms for advertising, such as Sponsorships and Classifieds, I exceeded the sales goal for the Fall 2013 semester, selling 115% of budget.
