In addition to my role as an Account Manager managing our contracting workforce, I was also responsible for providing counsel to the business and successfully influencing and supporting talent acquisition strategies to meet business objectives. This was inclusive of developing and implementing strategies to build the NTT Digital profile in Canberra as a desirable place to work through networking events and partnerships with Universities and training organisations.

Working as part of a small team, I was responsible for proactively growing NTT's (formerly Oakton) presence in the highly competitive Canberra contracting market. I did this by developing effective working relationships with my clients, ensuring I understood their business drivers and technical requirements, respective focus areas, value drivers and strategic priorities.
