Working with funders, nonprofits, and corporations throughout Southern California, we helped our clients measure their impact, develop resilient strategies, and stay true to their mission.- Engaged diverse stakeholders through design sessions, interviews, focus groups, and surveys. Specialized in distilling our rigorous analysis into actionable takeaways for funders and nonprofits.- Produced a multi-media impact report for a family foundation to celebrate 10 years of grantmaking. Empowered dozens of grantee organizations to tell their impact stories through video testimonials.- Designed and co-facilitated online workshops & design sessions. Created engaging presentations and interactive breakout sessions to support collaborative work and productive conversations.

For a school specializing in experiential learning, raised $1.4 Million+ in total annual operating fund from years FY11 - FY17. Annual alumni donors increased by 50% in my first two years. Remotely managed 100+ fundraising volunteers. Secured major gifts and initiated stewardship for the Garden Hill Fund, a micro-grantmaking program which funded projects aligned with the mission: "to get to know a place and take care of it; to reach beyond the self and work for common good."

Managed the Parents annual fund (known as the Fair Share Fund), Grandparents Fund, and Parents of Alumni & Friends Fund. Led the senior class gift program. Led tours of the school's LEED Certified Green Building.

This small-but-mighty nonprofit was born of a 1960s freeway fight—and a successful one at that! Neighbors joined together to protect their neighborhood from a proposed freeway, and saved the Shaker parklands in an inspiring win for the local community. As Visitor & Volunteer Coordinator, I managed the main public space, including introducing visitors to exhibits and leading tours of the newly-constructed green building. I recruited volunteers for the Nature Center’s signature events & corporate service days and managed the front desk reception team.
