Animal Sanctuary Society, Inc. is a non-profit corporation registered in the State of New Jersey. Their primary purpose is to help animals in need, as well as guide and educate people concerning those needs. Their singular mission is to rescue, rehabilitate and place animals into loving homes. My role at the Sanctuary involved consulting on social media marketing strategy in order to disseminate posts effectively and motivate the adoption of shelter animals. I would also assist in rehabilitation and training, as well as take professional-grade photography of the animals for their website and other platforms.

R&D Cocktail Bar, formerly Root Restaurant + Wine Bar, is a small restaurant in Fishtown, Philadelphia, PA. In this role, I created a customized social media strategy through audience identification, benchmarking and research of relevant businesses and local trends. I implemented this media strategy by generating and publishing daily content while engaging with our audience and relevant businesses to foster a sense of community and increase follower base. To measure preliminary effectiveness of the strategy, I utilized social media analytics and assembled relevant media coverage on a weekly basis.

This former Health/Fitness Center was attached to a Virtua Hospital. In this role, I provided customer service to active members as well as prospective members to build relationships and encourage new patrons to take the first steps on their fitness journey. I assisted patrons with data requests, such as membership information, enrollment procedures, center/hospital information, or giving guided tours for membership recruitment.

This former Health/Fitness Center was attached to a Virtua Hospital. The center had a daycare within so that parents could exercise or go to physical therapy after a surgery knowing their children were safe and close by. In this role, I provided child care in a safe, secure environment for up to 20 children at a time.

As a member of Rutgers University's Information Technology dispatch team, I traveled to on-campus housing in order to provide assistance to students with technical computer or network issues. My duties included virus remediation, diagnosing network connectivity problems, network configuration, software installation, router troubleshooting/registration, and ethernet port repair.

As a consultant for the Rutgers Computer Labs, I assisted students with lab equipment as well as general questions (frequently giving "how to" lessons) across multiple campuses. I would troubleshoot computers, scanners, printers and projectors upon malfunction. I monitored up to 200 patrons at once and was called on to train new hires as a veteran consultant.
