I contribute to the success of the firm’s legal practices by helping build strong and cohesive teams, develop business plans, and hold teams accountable in reaching their goals. I seek ways to further expand the firm’s client base by developing and hosting seminars and client entertainment events, preparing submissions for legal ranking directories, sponsoring trade organizations, securing speaking slots and thought leadership opportunities with various publications and associations, preparing pitch materials to solicit new clients, responding to requests for proposals to meet the legal needs of current or existing clients, and joining and participating in the organizations that are relevant to clients.I am continually looking for opportunities to build our reputation not only locally but on a national platform. With my continued support, we have practices that compete and rank on a national level.
