As the VP of Campus Affairs, I was able to provide GWU campus community opportunities and put on community service opportunities that my sorority could participate to benefit the Washington, DC area. I ran intramural sports and created a team environment within the greek community. The budget I managed was $3,000 and I was able to use that to raise money for the Alpha Phi Foundation, our philanthropy.

As an intern for the Associate Director of Individual Giving in the Development Department, I researched fundraising methods and created donor relationships. I managed a mailing of 3,000 letters for the 2017 summer appeal, which exceeded its goal of $10,000 in donations within two weeks. As well as the mailing, I drafted a new donor letter to be mailed to all first-time donors to develop donor relationships. For the 2017 London Gala, I contacted numerous hotels and companies for in-kind donations.

• Store Manager (2016) – balanced camper’s store accounts daily, sold and recorded purchases of store supplies and inventory daily.• Junior Counselor (2014) – supervised a cabin of 10-14 girls for four weeks, ensuring their general wellbeing and health; taught sailing, paddle boarding, other watersports to groups of 35 children.• Counselor in Training (2013) – participated in competitive 4-week intensive program learning how to manage a cabin of 10-14 girls, received certifications in lifeguarding, CPR, and First Aid, hired back the next year.
