Led a program management team on major agency and regulatory-driven capital projects. Programs include: High-Speed Rail, Caltrain Modernization, Mobile Home Park conversion program, Rule 20A Undergrounding, Google South Bay Redevelopment, BART/VTA Silicon Valley Ph II, DWR Delta Conveyance Project, Xpress West, and Electric Facility Access.

Refined and executed process for deployment of Community Resource Centers during 2019's PSPS events. This included training of employees, ensuring needed supplies and resources were available at the centers, collecting data during the events, and adjusting processes for mobilization constantly in real-time through the Emergency Operations Center (EOC).

Led a team of program managers working on state agency-initiated projects including the Caltrain Modernization Program, High-Speed Rail, BART Phase II Extension to San Jose, California Department of Water Resources WaterFix/Eco Restore Program, and the Diridon Area Redevelopment Program.

Managed two cross-functional work streams for successful implementation of California's High-Speed Rail (CHSR): 1) Relocation of PG&E facilities to clear the CHSR right of way and 2) Interconnection of CHSR traction power stations into PG&E's system.

Represented PG&E on energy policy issues at the California Energy Commission, State Water Resources Control Board, Cal EPA, and other various California state agencies.Issues include Combined Heat and Power Policy, Bioenergy, Climate Change Adaptation, Renewable Portfolio Standards, Electric Vehicles, Once Through Cooling, Drought, and Research and Development programs shared by the utilities and state agencies.

Advised students of SIPA's Energy and Environment Concentration and conducted various research and benchmarking initiatives related to the further development of the concentration.

Researched and wrote case studies for the Executive Director, Steven Cohen, including contributions to the second edition of "Understanding Environmental Policy." Subjects included hydrofracking, the Keystone XL pipeline, and sustainability initiatives.

• Liaised to the California Air Resources Board (CARB) Staff and other utilities, environmental groups, and industrial sector representatives • Successfully coordinated policy positions and ensured internal readiness on cap-and-trade and other measures designed to reduce California’s greenhouse gas emissions to 1990 levels by 2020• Maintained consistency with company policy stance between CARB and the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) in various proceedings resulting from the cap-and-trade regulation

• Prepared internal stakeholders and gained consensus on company position for the CPUC proceeding on how to return the revenues from sales of emission allowances in the cap-and-trade market back to customers• Effectively managed regulatory cases on departed load issues at the CPUC by facilitating a final company stance on the issues internally, reviewing written testimony, and preparing witnesses for hearings

• Supported quarterly earnings calls and investor conferences • Prepared officers for conferences and calls by creating the question and answer document used as prep material for senior management before they speak to the investment community. This included anticipating investor questions, compiling materials from a variety of sources internally, creating strategic answers, and working with stakeholders to ensure appropriate messaging. • Communicated regularly with the members of the investment community as one of Investor Relations’ primary contacts – including answering questions on the financial statements, regulatory proceedings, and operations in a timely and courteous manner all while practicing under SEC’s Regulation Fair Disclosure. • Reviewed Wall Street analyst reports and provided concise summaries of relevant points to officers, directors, and the Finance Organization.
