With over three years of hands-on experience in property management operations, I’ve had the opportunity to work alongside my family to build and scale FIG Property Management from the ground up. Watching our company grow from 250 to 1,000 doors gave me a deep understanding of the challenges Property Managers face—and sparked my passion for creating systems that make daily operations more efficient and empowering for teams.After stepping into the role of Account Manager with FIG, I led a full operational restructure, guiding my team through optimizing workflows, improving communication, and training new hires on the systems that would support our rapid growth. This experience showed me the power of a well-implemented process to transform day-to-day operations. I realized that many Property Managers struggle to fully utilize the software and workflows they invest in. This inspired me to launch Process Architect in 2024, where I now help property management companies across the country streamline their operations, improve team buy-in, and drive key performance improvements.When I’m not optimizing processes, you’ll likely find me traveling with my husband, working on real estate investments, or enjoying some downtime with my dog, two cats, and a good Disney movie. Whether at home or in a coffee shop, I love creating systems that help people do their best work.
