Assist the Procurement Manager with purchase orders needed for merchandise and supplies. Organize credit card statements so buyers and auditors can have easy access to all essential information. Send request for quotes to make sure product prices fit within the bids specifications. Create blanket purchase orders to ensure employees could order products when needed and in a timely manner. Generate third party supplier data analysis to evaluate pricing and labor rates. Other duties as assigned.
