Managed all aspects of personal and professional lives for high net worth family. Quickly promoted into newly created role of COO/Chief of Staff with additional responsibilities. Worked with Executive Director to set priorities, financial goals and develop annual strategic plan for this $1M non-profit. Responsible for national fundraising events (balls, fashion shows, luncheons, awards dinners), managing a volunteer staff and benefit committees. Produced all aspects of the events including conceptualizing programs, budget, print materials, media, script, silent auction, hiring and managing vendors, recruiting and managing volunteers. Led a rebranding campaign for the organization creating new logo, website and brand video. Created and implemented new systems for management of the office and finances. Trained all new hires, interns and volunteers.

Produced a corporate celebration dinner and concert for 500 guests on Liberty Island, responsibilities included interfacing with the client’s team, logistics of crew and materials getting on and off the island, coordinating with talent, hiring and supervising PA’s, print manager and associate producers.

The East Side Institute is a nonprofit international training institute for innovative approaches in education and psychology. Produce full docket of special events, conferences and classes. Conceptualize, design and execute multiple events, often occurring simultaneously, ensuring that the project plan timelines are on track and deadlines are met. Selected projects:• Managed all aspects of bi-annual 4-day international conference Performing the World (www.performingtheworld.com). Created and ran $200,000 budget, found and secured venues and permits, insuring venues. Related to 200 presenters, scheduled over 100 sessions, hired and supervised freelance staff and vendors; managed staff of 150 volunteers. Oversaw production of all collateral materials including printed program.• Initiated, produced and conducted marketing campaign for Annual Lecture series by the founder with audiences of 1500 people. Oversaw design and production of marketing materials, as well as programs and giveaways, developed and oversaw the program, created front of house and security plan.• Produced annual awards dinner/fundraiser including locating venue, working with venue staff on menu planning and design of space , oversaw the production of an event journal, event videos, worked with Executive Director to create program.• Negotiated and secured new office space, oversaw all aspects of a $500,000 gut renovation; job came in on tight schedule, allowing business to carry out business without disruption.• Managed and mentored a volunteer team of event planners/producers
